What is your commission?
Agreed in writing before we represent your property. There are no listing fees and no upfront charges.
Why is video mandatory?
Buyers at this level shortlist remotely. A property without a proper walkthrough is viewed less, shown less, and sells slower.
Can I sell discreetly?
Yes. Off-market representation means your home is shown only to matched buyers on our private list, with no public listing.
Why would a property be declined?
Location outside our destinations, price below our threshold, incomplete documentation, or media that does not meet the standard.
Do you charge to list?
No. We are paid on completion only, at the rate agreed in writing beforehand.
